Please get in touch with me if you are interested in coaching, either by phone or e-mail.
I then arrange with you a free consultation to discuss if and how coaching is appropriate for you and, in broad outline, what you expect from it. It is also a useful opportunity to find out whether we want to work with each other.

If you decide to go ahead, we agree the number and frequency of coaching sessions, and the arrangements for paying for them.  

The agreement is specifically tailored to suit your particular requirements. You remain in control of the schedule which can be reviewed and altered as you progress.
